Powell River & District United Way helps thousands of people in Powell River each year. Selecting United Way ensures your gift reaches more people through a planned and focused approach.
Our focus is on prevention and we know that your gift makes a positive difference in people's lives today and for years to come.
We support ten organizations who in turn support the different needs of Powell River's population. We also support three United Way initiatives who, day by day, make living in Powell River richer for everyone.
All gifts over $20 will receive charitable tax receipts that can be deducted against your income tax. And any gift, big or small, counts. Your gift to United Way is multiplied by the investment of others and helps more than one person, and more than one cause.
